"View Workflow" not rendering a workflow when you click on it.

I've noticed, as the Jira administrator that recently view workflow is starting to fail in a sense of everyone has the correct permissions, (browse project, view read only workflow, & transition issues) permissions, when going to a ticket, hitting the transitions drop down, view workflow, no read-only workflow will render, just a blank screen that will come up. Additionally zoomed out at 90%, and tried further zoom rates. I have tried looking at scriptrunner server logs, tried reindexing, just not sure whats happening.

Still no answer found as to why this happens but it seems a workaround is refreshing page until eventually the workflow shows itself on "View workflow" button.
