This morning I'm getting full of messages from my team that the field Work Log has disapeared. We didn't change anything. Anyone know of any changes that would affect this?
Don't know your admin situation but consider these initial troubleshooting steps:
- It's possible it got removed from the Screen, verify that it still exists in Work items > Screens > "Screen name"
- What happens when you do a CTRL+F and type the field name? Does the text lookup not find anything?
- What about when do you do a filter search on one of the issues that is supposed to have that field? Can you export all fields into a CSV file and then verify that it doesn't exist?

What exactly are they looking for, and where are they looking? Can you get them to provide a screen image?
Do you have the same experience if you look in the same place?
