Billing System looks like can not distinguish between free and paid apps and wants to submit CC

There is a sometimes very buggy time

I have 2 Free Plugins from the Marketplace but the System looks like it can not distinguish between free software and paid software making the Billing system thinking products stated as 0$ which is free products instead of Free Plan which is basically all the same and free and wants to submit CC on free products and says that my free subscription will be deactivated until 13th April 2025 which makes no sense and looks like an issue inside the Billing System can not distinguish between free software and paid software if there are products for 0$ making the Billing System will think its paid software while its free plugin and there is nothing which signs any paid stuff even no invoices are present because there is no paid products present

 

Here is thes screenshot of my Billing Panel and you can see that there are two Products which are 0$ but the yellow message says that Payment informations are required or my Suvscription will be dectivated which makes no sense and as safety measures i can not submit my CC for protecting my actually very worse fiancial situation making actually any small invoices much worser all my Months but technically its makes no sense because i only have free products in my Atlassian Account

i need some Help with this unusual and mysterious issue

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Have you always been using Jira and Confluence under Free subscriptions? Or did you at some time pay for the subscriptions?

Have you considered unsubscribing from the apps, and resubscribing to them to see if that resolves the issue? You could also try uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them.

CAUTION: Unsubscribing and/or uninstalling the apps may cause you to lose data and/or configuration associated with those apps. Review the documentation provided by each app's vendor.

I now uninstalled one of the two Apps from the Account but the other one needs to "run out of time" in its left period until the Uninstall can be done and while this the Uninstall Button is greyed out.

 

What if i connect my Bank but only have Free Apps? are there risks to being billed if only Free Apps are Connected and used as actually a "very strict financial risk Management" is required as the fiancial Situation dont allow any small amount to billed even only 10 bucks? Can this workaround helps to use free apps without being billed as a temporary solution until its fixed?
