For jira service desk projects we have to use only servicedesk api to get updates from the portal

Hi Team,

I am customer to some other organization, i want to raise a request in their customer portal on a issue.
i raised a Request using rest api. Below was the endpoint.
Endpoint : https://your_domain.atlassian.net/rest/servicedeskapi/request
Method : POST

Now, the issue is I want the Request which are having updates in a last one hour using rest api.
Note : I have only Customer portal access and i have api token
Any one can help to solve the issue?
