Retrieve the newest request participant in JSD

My team is frequently using the Request Participants to share issues with external stakeholders.

In order to ensure that data is shared with the right audience, I need to define some automated controls.

I managed to implement an automation that reacts to the Request Participants update and lists the users in this field. Unfortunately, the field is acting as a list, and the data in there is automatically sorted in an alphabetical order.

I'd like to be able to spot the newly added participant so I can further process the request.
