I created several requests on the Marketplace Vendor Support some time ago and didn't hear anything from anyone. Moreover, I also shared these requests with several people, but they didn't receive any notifications.
I digged a little more and it seems that the portal is broken more than I thought. For example I cannot see the requests that I created in the past!
Who can help me with that?
A small update. The old requests were created before GDPR, so the Atlassian team had to update the tickets to refer to accountId.
It is a little strange that Atlassian didn't do that automatically. However, if you do not have access to old requests on JSD, you have to contact Atlassian team to fix that.
Should I just write an email to amkthelp@ecosystem.atlassian.net or jira@ecosystem.atlassian.net?
