Is there a way to reset the SLA count for a certain time period?

We would like for only breached items for 2018 and beyond show breached.  Is there a way for JIRA Service Desk Breached Issues to be reset for any breach prior to 1/1/2018 so that we can have accurate metrics for 2018?

Hi Jorge,

There is a Suggestion for this in JAC at JSDSERVER-194.  Please vote on it to add impact.  In addition, take a look at the comments as there are some possible add-ons that may work for you.
