Hello, guys, can you help with my problem?
I currently have the need to insert a live chat for a simple contact from my clients. I decided to use Intercom to solve this demand.
My current problem in validating the deployment is: having the data (only the email is great) of the user when he makes contact.
The intercom enters a generic name for each new contact.
It is not feasible for me to insert the chat directly on the site but rather on the client portal. I use the Refined-Structure and Theme JSD Cloud plugin to be able to customize and be able to insert the chat in it.
I can not request the email that the user entered to authenticate in the client portal, so that this is already his "id" in the contact. This solves my problem.
Any different approach at any point, is a welcome idea. Just like the solution from what I've already walked.
