My team has experiencing some issues with the voice notification this week. Sometimes the call arrive some minutes (15 or 20 min) lather than the app alert or sometimes the alert never arrive. I check our configuration but I don´t find any incorrect value. Could you indicate if exist any problem with this service? Best regards
