Updated Jira Tutorials for Service Desk

This thing is so confusing, an I have nothing to lay out specifically how to do this or that. I'm a bit frustrated and I need help.. lots of it.. I know the basic Jira workings basically everything default but now I need to utilize the tool to its max to get more information I need. 

i.e. Adding new issue types

     Changing the entire display on the customer portals. 

     generating specific reports. etc.

You have multiple options to look at for enriching your JIRA knowledge:

• Refer Atlassian JIRA documentation (Recommended approach) and practice the topics discussed on your local JIRA system. 
• Refer https://training.atlassian.com/ , https://www.atlassian.com/university  and https://enable.atlassian.com/learning-paths where in you will find very useful videos covering various features and topics
• You can refer to various topics posted at https://community.atlassian.com/ 
• Of course, these days you have many videos on https://www.youtube.com/ as well

LOL I tried some of these, esp the youtube, the videos aren't updated to match the new layout of JIRA.
