This thing is so confusing, an I have nothing to lay out specifically how to do this or that. I'm a bit frustrated and I need help.. lots of it.. I know the basic Jira workings basically everything default but now I need to utilize the tool to its max to get more information I need.
i.e. Adding new issue types
Changing the entire display on the customer portals.
generating specific reports. etc.
LOL I tried some of these, esp the youtube, the videos aren't updated to match the new layout of JIRA.
Lemme try the university etc.
