I do not have Operations > "Change Calendar" in my Project view, how can this be added?

Can we sync/share this change calendar with appropriate teams like the ICS calendar event?

Or maybe there is a better approach already in Jira for notifying people/teams?

When can we share the change calendar with others internally/externally?

It would be nice to have different calendar views that we could share, such as day, week, month, or list. There is still no gadget available for the Jira dashboard.

We are using a form to intake change requests. When will it be possible to fill in the request form without going through the portal?
