Advanced Roadmaps does not show up under Manage apps -> Application components

This KB article indicates that i should be able to see the Advanced Roadmaps for Jira app under the Application components section of Manage Apps after setting the dropdown to All apps.  However, I do not see it there:

I have noticed this sequence in my log file:

com.querydsl.core.QueryException: Caught PSQLException for select count(*) from "public"."AO_D9132D_DEP_ISSUE_LINK_TYPES" "AO_D9132D_DEP_ISSUE_LINK_TYPES"

Which seems relevant, but it is unclear how to proceed...  Any suggestions to help figure out what is preventing me from seeing the Advanced Roadmaps?

Welcome to the community.  In your DC env, did you upgrade to your DC env based from a Server env?

Please advise.  So we can assist you further.

Yes, we did upgrade from Server to Data Center a while back.
