One of our agents can only view one queue at a time using a dropdown list. He can't see the queue column with all the queues.
As far as I can tell, he has the same permissions and settings as I do. We're both admins and agents.
How can he see the queue column?

Tell your agent to expand the list and click on "Keep Menu Open".
