Agent service request edit capability

When an agent is viewing a service request, how can we provide them the ability to update the date in the service request with such a changing urgency?  Thank you

Update which date? Please explain more clearly what you are hoping to achieve.

Hello, we want agents to be able to update all the service request data after it is submitted by the user aka  Update all the fields originally filled out by the user.   Right now those fields are non-editable.  Thank you

The agent should be able to edit all fields. Which fields are not editable?
