Anonymize agent replies on portal

Hi,

I have question about JSM DC.

I would like to anonymize agent names on portal when they answer in chat.

I know it is possible in cloud just with a click of a button, but haven't been able to find in DC/Server.

Is there a possible workaround?

I thought this was related to these suggestions - JSDCLOUD-3308 / JSDSERVER-3308 

Unless you mean via profile visibility settings?
