Attachment Issue in Jira

I have an issue in Jira cloud that has 186 attachments.  They total about 9 mb.  Starting recently, users cannot open or download the attachments.  Have we hit a cap?  we have unlimited space.

I'd raise a ticket with Atlassian. Please keep in mind that there is an active incident in Atlassian Cloud which may be causing problems. https://status.atlassian.com/

Thanks, i did that as well - have also been watching the status page.   Luckily, we haven't had any issues with our site!
