Hello again guys,
I have an automation rule in place to automatically link issues based on my custom field "User's Email Address". the way that it is currently working was fine, but I noticed it started to link issues that came in from my service account, MyColorado@state.co.us. I am trying to get the automation to work the same, link all issues based on the User's Email Address, except for those that have the User's Email Address equal to MyColorado@state.co.us. Take a look at my automation below and let me know what you think:

I tested this - and this worked for me...
This method wouldn't need the action Add value to audit log - it should just work in place of your existing conditions. So the rule should be...
