Hi,
we'd like to build the following automation:
when a new issue is opened by a Customer in Service Management, create a new task in a JIRA software project, then link the task to the issue.
The idea is having a JIRA project, unaccessible by the Customer, where only developers work, and keeping Agents aware of how the resolution is going.
Would that be possible ?
