Can we upgrade Jira software tier without upgrading add-on tiers

Hello,

Can we have only Jira software tier upgraded from 2000(server license) to 3000(DC license) and leave all add-ons of Jira software without upgrade at 2000(server license) user tier?

Please let me know if this would cause any issues?

Hi @Murthy A M ,

unfortunately you can't do that. Each addon should have a license with the same tier of your JIRA Software.

Once you upgrade to DC, then your add-ons need to be upgraded to DC versions and your user tiers must also be the same.
