Using Jira Service Management 4.20.5 (Data Center)
Upgraded to 5.4.2 same problem
Still a problem in 9.11.2
Do anyone know what I am doing wrong, why do participants get one e-mails with duplicate messages?

2. Jira automation edit the issue and then add request participants
3. Customer notification - Participants added - send notification that looks like this
