Customers view Request

Guilherme Rocha May 12, 2025

How can I modify and add fields to the customer view of the request? I would like to add fields such as priority, tags if possible, and I would also like to remove the option to escalate the issue.Capture.PNG

Hi,

To present Priority (or other fields) on the left side, you have to add it to the request form.

To remove actions on the right, for example Escalate, you have to hide these transitions from the workflow. Status and Notifications can't be removed from this view.

Hi @Guilherme Rocha ,

Adding more fields in the right panel of the request is currently only possible using a third-party app. You can have a look at our app: Advanced Portal Reports.

It will allow you to show any Jira field on the Customer view in the portal (incl. Priority, Assignee, any custom field). If by tags, you mean tagging a user in the comments of the request which adds the user as a Request participant, you can add Request participant field using our app as well.

It also provides your customers on the portal with a table report where they can see, search, filter and export all their JSM tickets, including many additional details (incl. SLAs, custom fields, etc.), with a very simple UI.

Greetings,

Elitsa

Hi @Guilherme Rocha welcome to the community!  I would suggest voting for JSDCLOUD-4722 and watching it for updates.

I removed the 'Escalate' option by removing it from my workflow.

I would also like to make other customizations to my portal page, I'm looking forward to that option in the future.

Hope that helps.
