Disable "User has joined your Jira Service Management"

Hi all, 

since 2 month we are receiving notification mails like: 

"XY has joined your Jira Service Management". We didnt get them the month before. We invite the users without role, and they log in via there Microsoft account. Where can I disable the notifications?

I have fixed mine based on these docs.

Hello,
this doesn't really help. I can't tell why we have these problems now. I mean, it's not about the notification when someone commented an inicdent or something like that.

It's about the notification sent to all site administrators when a new customer (from our own domain) joins.
