Equipment Management - Jira Software

Our company currently uses Jira Software - Premium account, and we are hoping to implement Equipment Management. 

A few of the things I am wanting to track are depreciation of the equipment, location, costs (maintenance labor, parts, fuel), and revenue (charging a rental rate to certain contracts). 

What is the best way to go about this with Jira?

May we assume you already know about Jira Asset Management (in Jira Service Management)? If so, I'd have a look at the associated learning tools from Atlassian and Atlassian's partners.
