I want to add a request type to an issue when it is created. The issue is being created by Opsgenie. The problem is Opsgenie is creating ISSUES not REQUESTS.
I need Opsgenie to create REQUESTS automatically so that they appear in the Incident queue automatically.
When I tried to do so I was flat out denied. Is there anything else I can try?

While going through the docs of Opsgenie and Jira integration, sadly I couldn't figure out anything that says to create a Jira request from Opsgenie, it's either an issue that can be created or a request can be linked. As it clearly says in the above picture you have attached there's no API as of now for this kind of automation, so to conclude it's not possible to my knowledge.
