Dear Atlassian community
Hi,
I want customers can see all the requests in the portal and search among them without being able to see the person who submits the request. When I test it myself, As a customer, I can only see the requests I submitted. is there any way to make this possible?
I should add that even when I enter the portal as an administrator, I cant see all the requests. For example, a request with the status in progress is invisible in the portal, even when I checked the status.
