Hi everyone,
After multiple searches, i come to you
I explain my problem,
I created a new role in the Jira administration called "Client Manager"
This "Client Manager" must be able to have access to a dashboard.
Only when I want to share my dashboard, I click on the share option, I choose a project and a role list appears, however I am only offered the role of Administrator.
How can I configure this list?
Or quite simply how can I access the permissions of my "Client Manager" role
I attach you a picture showing my problem
Sorry I'm new to using Jira
You have to add your self to that role as well in order to share it with it. SO if you go to your project, even if you are an admin to that project, add yourself to the Client Manager role. Then you will be able to share this dashboard with this specific role.
Hi @Julien Bedia,
You actually need to be associated with the project role to share a dashboard with them. If you add yourself to the role "Client Manager" in the project "SOS DEV", you will then be able to share a dashboard with them.
Hope this helps!

Nice thank you very much, I have now access to my new role.
But my client who has the role of "Client Manager" cannot access my dashboard, do you know why?
It is redirected to the service desk.
Maybe we need to associate an account client with the service desk ?
Best regards,
Julien.

Hi @Julien Bedia,
Jira Service Management customers, i.e. users with no license, can't access dashboards. You need to either be a Service Management agent or a Jira Software/Jira Work Management user to access dashboards.
You can look at Marketplace apps to provide your customers with reporting - they are paid apps and not free though.
