Hi,

we have a lot of similar issues. 
Therefore I want to add predefined replies, which I can insert in short time.

 

Is that possible with Jira?

Hi @vfb heni

you might need to look into Apps from Marketplace to get this functionality.
Currently there is no feature like this available - in case a smaller implementation would be okay the solutions above could be suitable however.

Hi there:

In your JSM projects, you can access "Customer notification" configuration to setup your default template responses by editing the Rules section.
