Images replaced by shortcut code - How do we correct?

When our service desk members are replying to tickets inside service desk, often, screenshots are used to convey information back to the client. The screenshot images are being replaced with !image-<name of file>|<dimensions> . Example screenshot below.
We are setup to have Atlassian sending the emails. The example below is from our Service Desk into me; our email does not have any rules in place that would be stripping the images. We are using Office365.
