Ops Genie error when acking or noting alerts via the Ops Genie bot in MS Teams.
Error reads, "Something went wrong. Please try again".
Trying again doesn't help.
Not happening to everyone which is weird as we all have the same level of access.
Have installed and tried both available versions of the bot compatible with MS Teams with the same result.
Users who cannot ack or note the alerts via the bot are receiving the alerts without issue.
Have been in constant contact with Atlassian but they say they don't know why this is happening.

We now have an actual app in MS teams with our v2 integration: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-microsoft-teams-v2/
The bot is our older version, so if you are still experiencing this problem, we'd suggest trying the new integration / app!
