Query regarding implementing signature for the agents

Hi Team,

I have a question. Is it possible to implement a signature for the agents? The signature should be added automatically to the end of an answer via JIRA ticket.

Hi @Alby Siby 

There is no direct way of adding email signature to a comment or email that is sent out. This doesn't work exactly like email signatures, but as a workaround you can try Canned Responses.

  1. Open the issue view of a request
  2. Select Add internal note or Reply to customer
  3. Select Canned responses
  4. Edit an existing response or create a new one
  5. Enter the information you want to include in your signature

If this doesn't work for you, then you can try to setup Automation that overrides native notifications and add specific details based on who the comment Author is and send an email out to the customer.
