Automated comment doesnt convert JQL query

Hi! I am currently trying to have Automation comment a JQL query on specific issues. It seems that with cloud (we recently migrated from server) pasting the complete URL of a JQL filter into a comment, Jira Cloud will automatically convert this URL to a list that will instantly show the results of the JQL filter inside the comment (so I dont have to actually click on an URL to see the results).

This is extremely helpful, however, when I have Automation create the URL from specific smart values, just the URL will be commented and Jira does not convert this URL to the JQL filter like it does when I paste it manually.

Is there any way to fix this?

Hi Bent,

Great to hear that you're now using our Cloud products!

Unfortunately, not everything from Server/DC can be 100% replicated into Cloud. And due to the difference in infrastructures, there are quite a few differences in available functionalities, this seems like one of it.

I was not able to find a relevant Feature Request on our JAC portal, but you're always welcome to create a new one of course.
