Customize Jira Customer Portal Size Dimension

Hi Everyone!

Current customer portal help center of Jira JSM data center, the screen width is too small for modern screen as seem the dimension following previous decade screen monitor that difficult to listing many rows and take time for scrolling rather than to display bigger width.

Anyone has experience on this modification? it may help a bit to user interface when working on help center requesting.

In JSM out of the box I'm not sure that this is possible. Unfortunately you need to check and consider some apps like Refined theme.

Yes, I see but that's paid third-party.

I am still looking for any customize in Tomcat to adjust the screen, but cannot find out in this link: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/customer-portal/
