How can I export alerts from opsgenie to Sheets, similar to using the Jira Cloud For Sheets extensio

Itamar Martins Neto September 26, 2024

I need to export alert data from Jira in the same way I export issues. How do I do this?

A bit of a hacky solution if you're not using incidents with alerts currently but you could create a rule to create an issue in a service project whenever an alert is created and use the Jira Cloud for sheets extension you're familiar with to pull those issues into a sheet.

Hi Christopher,

I already do this, I wanted to see if there was anything straightforward, but thank you very much.

@Itamar Martins Neto , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have you tried to use Export CSV button in Opsgenie? The option is here

Also Opsgenie has the Analytics feature who allows view some reports. These reports can be exported for CSV file as well.

Hope this helps you :)

Got it, @Itamar Martins Neto !

Well, exporting from this way is not possible in Opsgenie currently. Maybe some add-on in Atlassian Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ can be usefull, but considering native resources the same experience we haven't for Opsgenie yet.
