I have an issue after update jira Sm to version 10.3.. When an assignee wants to insert a screenshot in a comment, at first there appear am upload-dialog. After confirming the page reloads. The image is uploaded and the comment ist empty.
Has anyboday the same issue?
Before the update the users can simple add a screenshot to a comment.

Try clearing your browser cache or testing in an incognito window to rule out local caching issues. It helped me.
If the problem persists, check if any third-party browser extensions (especially security-related ones) are interfering with the upload process. Also, see if this happens for all users or just specific ones, sometimes permissions might have been altered after an update.

thanks for your support. We have tried it with cleaing the browser cache. But it does no help. The problem have a few user. It seems to be smoething with the browser and new version of jira sm.
Here is what the users do:
In the former Version this do not happen.
