JSM - pricing license

Hello,

we currently have 5 licenses (paying annual) but now we will need two more licenses so here my question: Is it better to choose the option 6-10 --> annual or rather to select 7 agents and pay monthly for it.

See if your agent count is fixed and at least for the year it is not going to change then you can go for Annual Subscription.

But if you are not sure about your agent's count, but in case you need one license or two, it's better to go for an monthly Subscription.
