Hi Community,

I wanted to check on the Java availability on our LTS version 10.3.6 for JSM. Do you have any idea if we need to install Java separately even when using installer during upgrade? Also I wanted to know the Java version which is being used for JSM 10.3.6.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi @Mohammed Aamer Khan ,

JIRA 10.3.X requires JDK 17 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver103/supported-platforms-1489806894.html ).

As specified here, the installer already contains required JDK.

My suggestion is to try the upgrade in a test environment first.

Hope this helps,

Fabio
