Hi,
Currently, on our customer portal, when a user raises a ticket it only shows:
Summary
Description
Attachment
I need to change:
- "Summary" to "Subject"
- "Description" to "Description of issue (please give as much detail as possible)"
I need to add:
- "Organisation"
- "Site URL (Website Address)
Please can someone advise if/how i can add some fields and amend the existing fields?
Thanks in advance.
Carl
Hello,

On the manu on the left, click on Request Types
For the Request Type you want, click on Edit Fields
There you can:

Thanks so much for your reply Romain, its a great help, i have managed to edit the fields.
However when i am trying to add a field, there is only one additionla field shown in the options i can choose, whereas i want to add my own ones "organisation" and "site URL". How do i get to create my own, that will then show in the options under ~"Add Field"?
Thanks
Carl

You can add any Custom field you already created. If you didn't create your own fields in JIRA first, you won't be able to see it in the Portal.
Your can create Custom Fields in JIRA Admin section > Issues > Custom Fields. They have to be in your Create screen of the issue type you want in JIRA to be able to add it in the portal.

Thanks again for your answer. It is now all good! Cheers!
