Hey guys,
is there the possibility to show fields in a portal only for some customers?
For Example:
There is an organization Supporter. If a customer in this Organisation goes to the portal an extra field is shown.
No, not unless you create another Jira Service Desk with it's own Issue Form and extra fields and link it to the specific customer.
However this is not practical, unless your agents are happy to monitor multiple JSD's.
You could though reverse engineer it, by putting all the fields possible on the form and letting your customers know through training or a demo that not all fields on the form are for them to fill in.
Communication or education will be at the heart of this solution. We do at our company and it works fine. And even if someone fills in everything, we know what is important.
