Hi !
Is it possible to hide some fields so the approvers don't see them when they approve or reject the request ?
Thanks
Hi @Chantale Simard quick question: Are your approvers also agents in the portal or do they just have customer portal access to those requests? Or, maybe a mix of both?
If they only have customer portal access to the requests, they should only be able to see the fields present on the request form itself. However, if they're agents in the portal (or have internal Jira view access) then they'll be able to see the fields as configured on your View screens.
Hi Andrew, thanks for your reply.
Yes, it can be a mix of both (for the users that have agent accesses, this is totally fine) but I'm more talking about the users with customer accesses.
For example :
The requestor fills the form and one of the field is the Date of birth.
When the manager approves, we don't want that person to be able see the Date of birth entered by the requestor as it is sensitive information.
How can I achieve that ?
Thanks !
