What Jira products do you have on your Jira Cloud site? You posted this message in the Jira Software Questions forum and the other in the Jira Service Management Questions forum.

I'm afraid that does not answer my question.
If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com, which Jira products does it show as installed on the site that you want to integrate with Gitlab Community Version? And what product do you have installed on the site you want to integrate with Gitlab Cloud? Are those Jira products on the same site?
