Interactively create linked issue in transition?

We have a JSM / JSW Data Center instance 5.12.8/9.12.8 LTS with ScriptRunner 8.29.0 in place, where we would like to give JSM agents the possibility to pass issues over to JSW developers.

In a regular transition screen I can only use fields related to system/custom fields of the source issue. However, the source JSM project and all the target JSW projects have different field configurations, which makes it impossible for me to use a regular transition screen and the clone issue post-function.

So what I am looking for is to bring up the "Create linked issue" screen for the transition and preferrable be able to customize, e.g. a reduced list of projects and an immutable predefined link type.

Any ideas or hints how to achieve that?

@Adolfo Casari thank you for this hint. I did some testing and basically it works.

However, I encountered another problem: The behavior is called twice, which is of some trouble when changing field values: ScriptRunner-Behavior-is-called-twice-on-UI-Fragment-quot/qaq-p/2757214 

Would be great if you had the time to look into that issue as well.
