I would like to set restrictions on the value of a custom field, this field is visible in the customer portal and it is required, currently they can enter anything there and the ticket is created - in this field I only need a code starting with SE and then numbers... otherwise it appears an error occurs and the ticket is not created. Is this possible? Are there any applications that can help me with this?
Go to the workflow -> create transition -> validators -> add validator -> select Regular Expression Check.
