Hi,
I have a problem because I would like satisfaction comment to appear in a new custom field "Satisfaction comment" through automation.
I have created a new custom field "Satisfaction comment" and automation looks like this:
And here i have a problem
When i add a rating and a commentary to ticket, comment does not appear in this field. If I do it again in the same ticket and add a different comment and a different rating then rating changes, "satisfaction comment" field is filled with the first comment like this:
why only the second time the field is filled? I needs to be done in the first time
in audit log can see that the role starts twice:
I have no idea what could be wrong.
