Dear Community,

I have built the service level targets successfully. But as soon as I add lebels as a JQL for qualification, they are not working.

Question?

Are we allowed to use lebels in JQL while building service level targets?

I am looking for a way to exclude opsgenie events. My opsgenie events have distinguishable label and i want to include that in JQL, but as soon as i add that in JQL, it stops working.
