Remove "recently used forms" from service portal

Is it possible to remove the "recently used forms" section from the service portal?

Hi Krista, I'm having the same issue. We need to have the ability to toggle this feature on/off. I can see where it would be helpful for a portal with a multitude of forms, but when you have less than 3 it looks rather silly from a UI design perspective and confuses customers. Thank you for your consideration Jira Team.
