Hi All,

I am exploring slack notifications for customers. I want to share customer notifications to dedicated customer slack channel that is not connected with our jira instance. I checked the solution and realized with web hook address i can do it, does my approach is correct or any other alternative Thank you

Yes you could, or you could create an automation rule that will act on this.

Great I found another simple solution. Every slack channel has a dedicated email address and if you send email message/data then your email content directly hit as a slack message in that channel so you can use this simple setup to send customer notifications.
