Out of the box I don't have any fields shown in the "ask for info" area -- I did not set up this product but am being asked to look at the agent -- I don't see how to add custom fields so that they are available in the virtual agent. Any advice?
The VA is an option to have user based on using the search field to guide them to a solution or to the correct request type on a portal.
You can't set fields in the VA actions to be filled.
