I have set up an automation for sending a web request (with the web request action) to a jira data center system. While the service desk is public and accessible via SOAP/Postman....I get the following message in the automation rule:
Web request was sent, but timed out after 30 seconds on the remote host so the result is unknown (but most likely successful).
For testing I just tried to get the service desk info via the API - https://help***.******.at/rest/servicedeskapi/info
Any idea for a solution? Do we have to allow some IPs in the cloud or the data center (although the url should be/is public accessible?)
