I have a Jira service desk license in the cloud and I noticed that in the notification emails that are sent to the client there are some writings related to the links and not only. Can they be eliminated so as to send a clearer e-mail to the final customer?
If Yes, How can I do this?

Can you please clarify what the issue is exactly? Are you able to send any screenshots of what you're seeing vs what you'd like to see?
I also see you tagged an add-on in your post. Is this related to the emails Service Desk is sending or the add-on?
