how to add hyperlink at customer portal

Hi,

i want to add a field contain LINK to show at customer portal.

i try to create custom field "Message Custom Field (for view)" request form.

but, it wont show the link that i set on custom field and need to fill it too (empty)

any idea how to it ?

Hi @adithya,

If I understand correctly, you (as an agent) would like to share a URL to something with a customer that created a ticket, later on in the process.

Once a ticket is created, JSM does not show updates to custom fields to your user. All communication that takes place after ticket creation between agent and customer, happens through comments and attachments.

So if you want to send a link to something, you'll need to include it in a public comment, where the customer will be able to select it.
